Robert Lee
Began his floral design career in Washington, D.C. His early experience was purely self – taught and a result of frequent entertaining and constant support of fundraising activities for the Arts. When Robert first moved to Cincinnati, he was hired as the manager of a small floral shop and it was here that he learned the proper fundamentals of floral design. Robert then moved to Covent Garden Florist which still exists on the East side of Cincinnati in Mt. Washington. Robert blossomed here winning Best of Show, the Frances Poetker Award and both gold and silver medals in the Professional Floral and Dramatic Table Setting categories of the Cincinnati Flower Show in years past. Most recently Robert also placed second in the dramatic table setting competition during the Night To Remember event hosted by the International Special Events Society. And he took home a gold medal in the dramatic table setting competition at the 2005 Cincinnati Flower Show. Robert has a knack for transforming the average wedding ceremony and reception into a spectacular event to remember with his innovated floral designs.
